Great flat hike on an unimproved stone/dirt trail. Bring lots of water it is very hot out there when it's not misting. Great views of the coast and mountain. The cliffs are beautiful but a bit treacherous if you get to close.
This is a great hike with fantastic views of the rocky coast line with lots to see along the way. We heard and saw a blow hole about half way through. The only disappointed was the lighthouse was more of just a light on pole. However, the view of but the north and west coast simultaneously awesome. The hike took about 3 hours. The climate is very dry and there is almost no shade so make sure to bring sunscreen and lots of water.
Great to see the Laysan Albatrosses! (Shearwater Albatross) Fair hike, 8,4km return trip but well worth it!
Beautiful and way less people to deal with. Not very many public amenities to utilize. Bring your own everything.
Beautiful trail , especially if hole at the evening. Sunset is gorgeous! Don't forget flashlight on the way back
