Fortunately she has been my realtor and property manager for fourteen years now. She gets things done and is trustworthy. They took my 20$ and said i didn't have good credit. My score is over 730. Then they made up crap about my last landlord. They are a waste of time.
I have rented with Foster off and on since April 2008. Wonderful people. I never had any problems with them. I have lived in 4 different properties they offered. Unfortunately I had to move to the mainland. When I move back to Hawaii I will be going to them again for my housing needs.
