To the post that complained that they had their vacation canceled, this is not a resort. Someone was renting out their condo to you. Each condo is individually owned. You should give the person that canceled on you a bad review, not the actual property. We love our condo, the location, the pool, and all the wild life. It sounds like a jungle at night. If you don't like the sounds of the country, stay in Waikiki for all the city noise. Most units built in 1987, not 1957 like some one mistakenly wrote. This is a great place to retire to if you don't need to drive into Honolulu, that drive is awful . You should not rent a condo for here if you plan on being in Honolulu a lot, great location away from the crowds if you stay local. Awesome beach less than 2 miles away.

We stayed across the street at Makaha Valley Towers for a year and the Plantation was much nicer. The walk from the bus is longer if you don't have a car but if you do have a car, the parking is better.

There are mango trees on the property where you can pick fresh fruit when in season.

We are here in Hawaii celebrating our 25 year anniversary. I had booked with this place several months back and confirmed with them three different times we are staying at the Hawaiian princess , while my five children we're going to stay here they called me at the last minute and canceled on us and only gave us an option to have my kids stay at Waikiki which is an hour and a half away was their only option they gave us a refund of our booking , unfortunately I had to pay an extra $1000.. to accommodate my family where we were staying , this was a very unprofessional act I would not recommend this place to anyone especially planning their dream vacation and accommodating our needs this could've been a catastrophe had it not been for the Hawaiian princess stepping up to help... Makaha valley plantation had canceled our reservation the day my kids where flying in to Ohau... Unbelievable because of overbooking ☹️

sux the office was involved in a workgroup bridge via the parent to my router...found over 300 holes in the walls and someone had to have had a key and the security sux cause someone came in found over ten spygear otems in my home audio video wires a dvd player wit a hidden cam as well as in my roku tv and his gle tv audio speakers on the wires pinhole cams in the doorknobs and outlets and doorbell as well as the a/c remote and a/c is being used for power to be a mainframe access piont..worried its gonna explode...spectrum is in on it so is the security our nieghbors accross the street downstairs at 154ais the hackers casue there linked in my map also behind the mailboxes to your right in the middle someone there and behind our building behind the concrete fenced in tennis court or whatever...there usually roaming around the picnic tables to the avacodo tree then to across the street i mean directlly accross and from what i heard from chris my boyfriend he said this women lives there wit no furniture and has a nyc phone number wierd cause i moved from there 4 years ago and ahe lies and says it was assigned here on the island impossible...also she is married to someone i know and thats not her real name is it krystal???

We like staying here, away from the crowds, wish the pool and grills were open a little later, but other than that it's perfect

We lived here for a year and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The apartments are large and most have a wonderful view.

Makaha beach is just down the road where there is some great snorkeling with sea turtles among other things. Also, if you're into surfing, Makaha beach has some of the most powerful waves you'll find on the island.
