Great time fishing with Captain Tony and crew! Their slogan is "We catch fish" and that's what we did. Captain Tony didn't start heading back to port until everyone caught a 20+ LB Yellow Fin Tuna (Ahi). Had a lot of fresh sushi, poke and seared ahi for the next couple days.
Awesome experience, Had a great time! Lots of laughs, Cpt. Tony and his crew were great! Very knowledgeable and we caught a lot of fish. Would recommend to anyone and I am for sure going to book more trips in the future!
Capt. Tony is a nice guy and so was the mate. I booked a 6 hour fishing trip. On the website it clearly states the difference between them and others is that we catch fish. On my 6 hour trip, Tony circled the same area for 4 hours straight. Never left to go find fish. Also the lures he uses are lures that sit on top of the water while trolling. My biggest problem is that he had no other method of catching fish. We trolled 6 hours with the same top water lures. Very disappointed in this trip. I will never pay $800 again to go deep sea fishing. I've been fishing all my life and I know there are days you don't catch. But if one method of fishing is not working, you have to try another.
A great trip, amazing crew. Bill would recommend this company for any one wanting to try fishing in Oahu.
These guys know what they are doing. We had a nice, relaxing day on the boat. We got some big fish, beer, and plenty of sun. Everyone had a great time. Thanks Tony and Ikaika (sorry if I spelled it wrong)!
