My family n I have been going to West Coast since they first opened. We've always enjoyed getting our tattoos done here.
This place is complete junk customer service is trash would be better off going to a junkie for service
I wouldn't even give this place one star. Worst customer service-came in for tattoos for the husband and I and basically got ignored. (this isn't our 1st, 2nd or 8th rodeo) If you are MILITARY-STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My husband and I are both military and IM FROM HERE. You're gonna get ripped off. If you don't believe it-go in for a quote then head to POLYNESIAN FACTORY in NORTH SHORE and see the difference. This establishment has changed their name three times due to bad reputation. A note to the employees: LEARN to respect and tend to ALL customers that come in, you lose money and respect with the way you guys are running things.
