Every time there's a football game at the high school there's a line at jack in the box , McDonald's taco bell, I go here all the time jack in the box this was the first time the shake machine was out and spent $30 to 40 dallors sometimes more for the family I see the same worker all the time at the drive thru check out. They should learn what goes on in the neighborhood and plan more worker . I don't know if shake machine wasn't working at all I know the workers trying there best looks like from my point of view that making shake takes awhile .
Wait time in drive thru is way to long.... The old workers was mahus and terrible service. The new management is doing way better or the public chose to travel to Kapolei cause now the lines move quicker.
