Horrible experience. These people are very unprofessional. My email says they we delivereyd the day I requested, they weren't sent until after the fact that my friend who lives on the island went down there and told them what the heck! They told her I'd get my money back, the mom (owner) would call me, and the flowers would still get delivered. Well the flowers did get delivered 5 days after I originally wanted them sent, the owner never called and I didn't get my money back as promised. They don't answer any of there calls either. Don't order from these people.
Ordeted flowers on line for delivery to rental condo with specific instructions about delivery and even the condo phone number in case there was a problem. This was for an anniversary surprise. Very disappointed that they were never delivered. Enails to florist went unanswered. Also left phone message. Caution if you are visiting. We come here often and will never do business with them again.

Terrible service! I have been using them for years to send flowers to my Mom for her Birthday and Mothers Day as I live on the mainland. They apparently don't care about return customers. This year, I made a change to my order. I left a message on their answering machine but no one called me back, I called again and spoke with her son about the change as my Mom would be out of town for 4 days from the day the flowers were to be delivered.
Just want to thank you for the Lovely job you did with my daughter's Birthday flowers & on such short notice too! She loved them! I'll certainly be calling you again!
I am from Waianae and all my family is there but I'm living on the mainland in South Carolina. Tkz flowers made my day, I ordered flowers for my grandma's 80th Birthday and they made a wonderful arrangement and delivered. She was happy and it was so beautiful. Thank you for the awesome service. I'll definitely be using you guys again.
Even though I left a message on the answering machine and with a person, the wonder delivered it on the wrong day and blamed her son for not getting the message. I explained that my mom was not home to enjoy the flowers, she said too bad, someone had accepted the flowers. Also, the owner said the flowers would still be good (I ordered Bird of Paradise). I explained that she is not getting to enjoy the flowers for the full time and this is not right, the owner said there was nothing she could do. When I expressed my disappointment and that I may have to use someone else in the future she hung up. I called her back and she had the audacity to say I was being rude then proceeded to yell and swear, at the end of the call she did tell me she was hanging up before she did it. My mom sent pictures of the flowers when she got home and the roses in the bouquet were fully bloomed. She did not get to fully enjoy the flowers because TKz sent them on the wrong date and would not make it right.
